1992 Eldorado Electrical Problem SIR & Display

1992 Eldorado Information Diplay problems Defrost always on. Intermitted SIR message. How can I fix problem or troubleshoot the problem?

Sorry, I for one, don't give advice on air bags to do it yourselfers. It's just too dangerous if you don't know what your doing. You can't troubleshoot it without a scanner anyway.
