 First someone needs to dissassemble some of the engine to determine what the damage is. If your not trained to recognize what is a problem and what isn't, I'd leave it for the pros. You could do more damage than you already have and spend money on parts you don't need. It is a major job as the head will have to be removed and sent to the machine shop after it is correctly diagnosed and confirmed.
