99 Dodge quad-cab overhead console removel
Sent to Car Experts February 24 10:45 AM

I have a 99 Dodge Quad-cab; my left map light in the overhead console is out, and the spring to the lens cover-popped out. How do I remove the over-head console to replace the spring?

I have a 98 ram and there are 2 screws on the console near the front windshield.  Take those out and mine came out.

Thanks

If Im not mistaken there should be one screw at the front (towards the mirror)of the console and it clips towards the rear.If it does'nt have the screw at the front it just clips in to the front cross support(if so you just need to put a little tug on it.hope that helps you.
