PLEASE HELP ME !

I have a '87 dodge ram full size van 318 that I CANT FIX!
it has a new conputerized engine control curcuit, voltage regulator,major tune up, pick up coil, coil, complete distributor assembley,checked for vapor lock,plugs & wires, changed cataylitic converter, fuel pump and filter, and the van is still doing the same THING!!!!!!!!! PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME??????????????

it starsts fine and runs good until it gets warm , it doesnt overheat! just warms up and then dies. after about 10 mins. or so it will start back up again but will only run a few mins then die again , then i have to wait 10 mins start it back up, it will run a few more mins dies and so on
