dodge in trouble

I have 89 dodge ram 3/4 ton, it idels and will run in passing gear. If you try to maintain a steady speed, it will start to loose power, fall to 35 mph and then start to buck something fearsome. This has happened before and was fixed by changing the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter. This didn’t fix it this time, and I would appreciate and help on how to fix this problem.
