Try adding brake fluid to the master cylinder.It has a sensor in it that turns the light on when the fluid is low and the acceleration is probably making it come on.

The brake fluid is pretty old too, could that be the reason? Should I totally flush it and add new? What do you think? Should I just add fluid or totally replace. If I would replace the fluid, how would I go about doing that? Thanks. By the way, are you knowledgeable about foreign cars such as honda's? Sometimes technicians are only good with American cars.
