CAn anyone tell me what Mopar friction reducer is and where i can get it. thanks john.n Ps i require this for an oil change in my 93 Cherokee 4wd rear axle diff.

You don't have to use the Mopar brand, but if you insist on it go to any Chrysler, Dodge,Plymouth, or Jeep dealer. Any parts store will have it under a different brand name.

 It's called Modified Friction Fluid and I would only use the mopar brand ,because the off brands have differrent consentrations of the additive.

  The Mopar fluild was engineered for your vehical and I'd strongly recomend using it.

  PS if you don't use the right strength fluid your Jeep could start chattering around turns because the clutch packs in your rear end don't have the proper lubrication.
