1993 chevy lumina apv stalling problems

I have a 1993 chevy lumina apv. my problem started when my wife was driving it and it cut out on her.thinking she was just out of gas,i brought 5 gals. down and put it in and the van started right up!we live about 6 miles from where it broke down. i drove it home and got about 50 feet from the driveway when it stalled and wouldnt start,so i pushed it into the driveway.the next morning i went out and it started right up,ran for about 30 mins. and stalled.i restarted it with no problem and it stalled again after about only 10 mins.when i attemped to restart it cranked over normally but wouldnt start!i left it set overnite and the next morning it went through the same cycle i just described.its been setting in the driveway since. does anyone have any ideas?

 Check trouble codes. Do an internet search if you need instructions.

Check for spark during no start. Preferably with a spark tester available from you local parts store.

Let us know the results.
