1995 Ford Windstat will not start

I have a 1995 Ford Windstar. I am getting no juice to the fuel pump. I have tried multiple things and cannot find the problem. A hose blew in the engine & sprayed anti-freeze all over the place. The following day when my wife drove the vehicle, it idled high on her & then shut off..Since that time, the motor turns but will not fire up. It has spark,I used starting fluid, the engine tried to start but wouldn't stay running because it's getting no fuel.I tested the fuel pump, i am not getting any power to the fuel pump. I replaced the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM), which I was told controls the relay for the fuel pump, it didn't solve the problem, still no power to the fuel pump.I also tested all fuses & the fuel shut-off safety switch, none of that solved the problem. I tested plug for CCRM and i have no power to #13 wire connection, which runs to Powertrain Control Module Relay. I need to know where this relay is located in the van, so i am able to check this relay to see if it is good or not. Thanks for the help. Chris
