I should have typed throw the alternator belt.
A little background the first time it happened the water pump was completely broken off and totatly destroyed the fan. It happened again about 50 miles after the repair. This time it broke the water pump off and destroyed the fan again and ruined the radiator. It sit for a while and reciently repaired it again. I drove it for several days and today I accelerated and the alternator belt came off again. this time it didn't do any harm.

Thank you for answering.

Hello again. I imagine that someone has thoroughly inspected the pully's for cracks, broken edges and/or mis-alignment. The other thing that could be causing this is an Air Conditioner compressor that is locking up form a worn clutch or bearing. Does it happen when the AC is on? A bad tensioner will also cause this to happen. Have you looked at the front of the engine while it's idling to make sure nothing is out of line or wobbling or noisy? There are no recalls or Technical service bulletins issued for this problem on your vehicle. I wonder if you are just getting a bad bunch of water pumps or if cheap aftermarket pumps are being installed.
