I have a 1999 F-350, 7.3 turbo diesel. I noticed this morning that fuel was leaking and located the leak. It appears that on the back side of the fuel filter, where the manual drain to remove water out the fuel was leaking. I opened and closed the valve just to see if it was partialy open, but it continues to leak and looks like it has been doing this for some time now. The valve doesn't appear to be very difficult to replace and not sure what the part is called. If I replace this part should it fix the problem or could it be something else that's causing it. Like other diesel parts, I'm sure its not cheap either. I would appreciate any of your ideas.

Chris
