What type of equipment was used to read the codes? The reason I ask is some equipment won't read all of the transmission codes. It sounds like a stuck 2-3 solenoid or a valve in the valve body.If the speedo is acting up I would change the speed sensor. If you don't get a good speed sensor reading the trans will not know when to shift and most of the time you will get a ratio code stored for the transmission.

Read ALL Information in Original Question & ALL the replies I sent W/no Response! Just in case I will open it & E-mail it to You

The Speedo works fine, the equipment was a SnapOn MT2500, It is not resetting any codes.
The first time you start & Go it Shift's fine, Then when you stop & Go Again it will not Shift.
If you shut it off & wait 5-10 minutes it does the same thing, This is Hot or Cold!

You will need to have the valve body replaced to correct the problem.I would replace the solenoids while I was in there with the exception of the tcc solenoid which you have already done.sorry for the late reply but I didn't see your post until I had to leave for work. The reason I asked about the scanner is because some models won't read manufacturer specific codes. The snap on will so there shouldn't be any stored.

I should have paid you, rather than David, I ended up Replacing the trans W/used low miles, since that was less expense.
