I need help in figuring out what a friend of ours did when ...

I need help in figuring out what a friend of ours did when he was trying to fix the turn signals and somehow disabled the horn and now the horn doesn't work. Where shall I start troubleshooting?? Thanks Rich Chambers

Pre- 1981 Ford Coupe ??

Already Tried:
Nothing, I was going to try and take off the steering wheel and see if I can see anything wrong there.

It sort of sounds like he forgot to reconnect the horn wire.

!st, check the fuse, then switch the horn relay with one with the same number.

If that don't work, then remove the horn pad and see what's up.
