Serpentine belt problem

What is causing the belt on a 2000 Dodge Durango with the 5.9 engine to walk forward on the crank pulley only and cut the ribs off of the belt. All pulleys are aligned and running true. I have replaced the idler pulley and all pulley grooves are clean.

Thanks for the help but I have already done all the things that were suggested and the belt still moves forward on the crank pulley.
