Vehicle wont start

I have a 2002 Ford explorer. I left for a three week trip and when I returned I could not start my truck. When I turn the key it makes a continuous click, click, click, sound, but does not start. Sometimes when I turn the key the door locks lock and unlock themselves. My rear passenger window is also not operating. What could it be. The oil level is fine. The battery seems fine.
