Question

okay so my head lights, tail lights, horn, turn signals, ...

okay so my head lights, tail lights, horn, turn signals, and dash lights wernt working well i replaced the the multi switch and got my horn,turn signals, and head lights but when i cut on the headlights, the rpms shoot up then start going up and down and i still have no dash lights or tail lights what is it

1996 Honda Accord 2.2 L

Already Tried:
replaced the multi swtich

Check fuse number 32 it is a 15 amp fuse in the under hood fuse/relay box. Check it for power on both sides of the fuse. This fuse operates the rear parking lights as well as the dash lights.
