I have a 1997 Camry LE 4cyl. I didn't know if the cranksaft pulley bolt is right, tight or left, lose. Also, is there a fine tune adjustment for the timing mark? (i.e. adjusting the distributer)

Already Tried:
I tried both left & right to remove the crankshaft bolt.

It counter clockwise to loosen. Ignition timing is non-adjustable and if you're checking it, you need to jumper E1 and T1 under the DIAGNOSTIC lid.
