If you just had the starter & solenoid replaced and you are getting no click and no crank - i would take a guess that whoever put it on did not get the wire to the starter tight, or when they bolted the starter up they didin't get it tight (the ground for the starter is bolting it to the engine block) A bran new starter should not fail that soon. Do the lights dim at all when you turn the key over? if they don't you know your starter is not drawing any current. if they do, it is something mechanical. also if your battery voltage is dropping when you use acessories your alternator is not charging either. if it is newly installed- i would take it back to whoever did it and double check things over

BUT THE WEIRD PART IS THAT I TOOK THE TRUCK OUT OF PART AND DRIFTE ABOUT A FOOT AND TURNED THE KEY AND THE TRUCK STARTED, AND IS STILL STARTINTING TODAY. COULD MY BATTERY CABLES BE BAD, I HAVE REPLACED THE ENDS N BOTH CABLES ABOUT FOUR TIMES EACH, NO GARAGE SEEMS TO WANT TO CHANGE THEM, BECAUSE THEY BRANCH OFF TO 4 DIFFERENT THINGS, COULD THE CABLES ALSO BE THE PROBLEEM FOR WHEN I USE MY DEFROSTER AND THE BATTERY DROPS LIKE IT WANTS TO STALL OUT WHEN I COME TO A STOP , 2 DIFFERENT PROBLEMS OR ALL FROM THE SAME CAUSE?
