What do you do if you,by mistake, put diesel fuel in a unledded tank?

I put diesel fuel in my 2005 jeep. I got it drained at the dealership, but it still running funny. Will it get better once i run on regular gas for a while? Maybe rev the engine a few times. I still smell diesel after I drive it and the check engine light pop up once in a while?

Already Tried:
dealer drained it and put regular gas in... It running ok but still seems like it smells like diesel
