97 honda prelude,   the rpm gauge starts to jerk at high rpm 4 to 5k rpm for 5 sec then stops.....checked compression its perfect................then acceleration then wouldnt le t me go and the rpm wouldnt let me go higher than 3k it got harder and harder to accelerate.....then it jerked more and more and then went to 0 ..the power didnt turn off i put it in neutral then the rpm went to 0. then i tried to turn back on and the rpm went to 2k then immediatley down 0. on again 4 more times.....and 0. then finally went back normal......
