I have a 1999 ford explorer xls 4x4 that seems to be running great although it has 122k km on it. Makes no strange sounds no trouble driving but the check engine light is on and I am wondering what the possibilities are for this happening. The light came on after I fueled up, stayed on for about 3 hours went off and then when I fueled up again it came on again. Coincidence or could this be an issue?
