rear differential noise

I had my rear end gears changed from stock to 3:73 on my mustang. ever since there seems to be alot of noise coming from the rear end not so much when under even load going straght but when starting out under a sharp turn or baking up then going forward. ones a grinding the other appears to be a sloppy sound thank you.

Ring and pinions are hard to set-up even for someone who knows what they are doing. Take it back to whoever changed it. The gear should not be making noise. Did the person who set it up use a dial-inicater to measure depth and install different size shims on the pinion-shaft?
