I have a 1982 280zx,and I am having two problems,the first one is I have power windows and I can;t get the windows to go up or down,can't find the fuse to the windows. my next questioned is where is the relay for the fan on the model car.it only blows a little on one selected speed.

Already Tried:
replaced the switch on driver side,both motors for both windows are working. can't find the relay for the fan.
