i have a 93 ford escort lx that keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse for the tail lights. included in the same circuit is the instrument panel, and running lights. i checked the obvious - exposed wiring from the light fixtures - have dissassembled the instrument panel and cannot pull it out because of the speedometer cable which will not come off. not much room in there to work. HELP!!!
