I have a 1983 celica/supra. the problem is that the passenger side headlight is very dim, when i click on the high beam, it get dimmer. drivers side works fine. also the dash lights dont work. all fuses ok, and i havent been able to find a short anywhere. my next step is to take my multimeter and see how much voltage is going to the light. any help would be appreciated.
