I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX with 84,000 miles on it. I took it in to get it "tuned-up" as it was driving a little rough. I was told there was carbon in the throttle body, my timing belts needed to be replaced, as well as the cam-shaft seals, and water pump. All this was done. Less than 1 week later, I heard a knocking sound and then my car died on the highway. I took it back to the same repair shop and was told that my cam shaft was broken near the end. They also tell me they can find no evidence that "they" did anything wrong. Could this be from a faulty repair job or just plain bad luck?
