Went away for a week came back and car will not start. No ...

Went away for a week came back and car will not start. No fuel coming out of fuel filter, switch is running but no fuel

Optional Information:
1989 Mercury Topaz 2.3

Already Tried:
Checked the fuel filter, checked electrical switch relay in trunk, and heard relay come on but no fuel exiting the fuel filter, can't locate the fuse for the fuel pump to check
