I have a 1997 Dodge 1500 pick-up. it has a problem starting. When I turn the ignition key, usually the first time during the day or after the truck has been sitting, the lights on the console come on, but the engine doesn't turn over. If a shut the ignition off and try it again, the truck usually starts. I have had my battery checked and the battery connections are good. I suspect a starter problem??
