Diagnostic code P715

I have an 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer and the engine light came on. I had it diagnosed @ several locations and everyone comes up with a code of P715 but are unable to find a solution.
Please help!!!!

If its a p0715 then is a transmission code and it shows to be a input speed sensor shorted or open. It is most likely a bad speed sensor but it could be several other items. I have attached a code descritpion and location diagram below.

I apologize as maybe I could have been more detailed. When you get the code it does tell you it's a speed sensor issue. However, I have been able to get detected what is actually causing the problem as they keep telling me when they go to some website, that is only accessible by registered mechanics, there is no data available. I even requested looking at the sheet as I just couldn't believe it and it does state no data available on that code.
Therefore, no one what to do to detect where the problem is coming from.

Ok Here is the complete diagnostic procedure off my system. If your mechanic it looking for this info on his system under driveability he won't find out much there. It is a transmission and the details are in the transmission diagnostic area. The above attachments and this one should give them what they need to properly diagnosis the problem.
