You probably have a pluged PCV valve . Remove it and replace with a new one. You didn't include the nmake ,model, or year so I can't tell you where to find it.

Response to bestservices's Post: I already did change the PCV valve and also added a breather. There is now white smoke coming out of the breather. The truck is a 92 GMC 3/4 ton.
