My cars (1999 Chevy Lumina 4dr.) ventelation system is not working properly. The fan blows air at the floor level, and at the defrost level, but no air comes out of the dashboard level even when it is set to that level. What could be wrong? I don't want to take it in and let them have their way with me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you ever get air from the main vents if you move the directional switch back and forth?
