Is there a trick to compressingthe caliper piston on a 2004 freestar?

I have the wheel off ofthe rear and removed the caliper mounting bolts, and tried to compress the piston as I usually do and it wont budge....the pads are not worn excessively so I dont think its stuck...and the Emergency brake is NOT on....

Broke a "C" Clamp

Yes there is a tool that you twist and push at the same time. Usually clockwise you have to turn. Here's a pic of a style tool.
