my 96 dodge neon is not working. it runs perfectly when it is running and we can't find the problem, but after it is driven around for about 30 mins, it dies out. It seems like it is out of gas because it continues to run but it doesn't have any power to move. it barely moves after it is driven for 30 mins. We replaced the catalytic converter but that didn't work and we've already filled it with gas and tried to drive it again, but that didn't work either.
