hello!

According to my parts and labor estimating guide, the following is Chrysler's published parts and labor costs for this job:

Expansion valve part #4734442 $62.50

Labor time: 1.4 hrs; at a median national average

of $75/hr this would result in a labor cost of $105.00

There are 2 gaskets required for the valve block $4.00

Evacuation and recharge, labor and refrigerant cost: $125.00

__________

Total estimated repair cost: $296.50

Parts and labor prices vary somewhat by region, but this gives you a rough idea of what to expect...

I hope this is helpful; if so, please click my accept button and leave positive feedback! thanks!
