1993 tracer stuck in park. got a new sensor but can't ...

1993 tracer stuck in park. got a new sensor but can't remove the old one. how is it attached. the 2 obvious nuts holding it do not unscrew.

Exactly what are you trying to change. There are no sensors included in that circuit..
