Can't shift

I just went out and started my car. It started fine and the engine would rev and the steering wheel worked, but I could not get it to shift out of park - the darn thing just would not budge. Any ideas? (The car is an automatic 01 honda accord)

Already Tried:
Starting and restarting the engine, turning everything off and trying, and forcing the thing to move
