How can I get in touch with the top person or owner of Palm Auto Mall Punta Gorda, Fl and the top person of the Dodge dealership.
Palm auto Mall has bounced us back and forth between the warrenty company and themselves for days and we have gotten no where. Each one blameing the other for the restriction placed on the engine.
They are rude and down right nasty. The Fort Myers District Manager called my husband and says it ends here. (his exact words) You have 2 choices, come in with a check for the new engine or get your truck out of Dodge in Sarasota.
We spoke to our Commissioner who owned an auto shop most of his life called Sir Thomas. He said he races these trucks and there is no way that engine could blow unless there was and underlying problem to begin with.
