Question

Auto delay on headlights after turn the ignition off

Sent to Car Experts August 03, 2006 10:21 a.m.

I just purchased a 2005 Explorer XLT. I have had an explorer for over 15years.

My problem is that my headlights/switch or what ever does not provide us with a
delay on the headlights giving us time to get out and walk away with the headlights
on and turning off after a couple of minutes.

Can this be fixed and if so what do we need to do?

Optional Information:
2005 Ford Explorer 6 cylinder
