i bought a 1991 camaro z28.it had a turbo 400 ...

i bought a 1991 camaro z28.it had a turbo 400 transmission in it,did not shift right or not at all,i puy a 700 r4 back in it and it still would not shift right,i bought a new throttle position sensor and put in,still will not shift right can you help
