Phantom wipe part source needed

To fix the phantom wipe in my 1992 Chevy S10 pickup, Marc directed me to a 'revised pulse control module part #22101636. I have not been able to find a source for this part. I've checked online (Google returns a model of watch), dealers and auto parts stores to no avail. Can anyone give me a source for this part? Or, does anyone know of a part that will fix this problem? I now have a spare pulse control module, so if someone could identify the problem diode, I could modify one of the cards and see if it fixes the problem.

Have already replaced the wiper pulse control module with factory part.
