The first step in diagnosing your concern, is to have the engine computer (PCM) scanned for diagnostic codes for the Check Engine Lamp. This is becasue, the computer has seen a sever missfire for it to flash the lamp. Often, it will set a related diagnostic code for the exact cylinder causing the missfire. With that information we can test all the applicable components for that cylinder. It is somewhat uncommon for this van to be having a missfire so earnly on, although they do have issues with coil packs failing. Have the van's computer scanned at a local repair facility for a minimal charge, or at an AutoZone parts store in your area, which will scan it for no charge. With the related code(s) we can proceed.
