why does the ECM BAT fuse continue to blow on a 1996 S-10,,,this is the fuse for the fuel pump

1996 Chevrolet S-10 2.2

Already Tried:
continue to change the fuse, it will blow 4 in a row or i can drive 200 miles before it will blow
