Sent to Car Experts October 22 11:51 AM

I have a 1999 Honda Accord 4 with about 77000 miles. The gas pedal sticks on occasion. Can you recommend a diy cure? thanks

Try disconecting the throttle cable at both ends and check if the cable moves freely thru the cable housing if it is hard to pull back and forth replace the cable if not check for binding at the throttle plate shaft or the peddel pivot.
Lube as nessesary.
