jeep recommends Mopar(R) manual transmission lubricant...i believe you may also use Quaker State synchromesh.... http://www.pzlqs.com/Tech/Pdsheet/QuakerState/Gear&Transmission/pdf/SynchromeshFluid.PDF

there are three different chrysler manual transmission oil specs....ms9224 and ms9417 which call for a 5w30 spec oil and ms9070 which calls for the 75w90...trying to find which spec it is for a 2004 jeep wrangler...be right back

you have either an nv1500 or an nv3500...it takes 5w30.....
