What is operating pressure? Also check for fuel in regulator vacuum line. Put a vacuum gauge in intake, check at idle then at 2000 rpm's. Don't forget about the f/p filter!

Get back with me so I help.

Reply to MechanicMan's Post: 40-45 psi with gauge taped to window while driving. Regulator pressure goes up 10 psi when disconnected. All seem to be working fine. Timing seems right on, but acts like timing problem.

Have you installed a vacuum guage to intake manifold. I am thinking you may have a restricted exhaust. Also with timing light check timing as you increase rpm to 2000 rpm.

Also have you scanned the computer at all?

Let me know what you find

Reply to MechanicMan's Post: No answers worked. Went to professional and had all info per your suggestions rechecked, no answers found. Professional service tech. found a sheet regarding crank sensor problems and, suggested paying a Honda dealer to analize and solve this.

Second service tech. consulted and said may be a torque convertor problem, also advised checking with a Honda person. Did not rule out it being a timing problem.

First tech. drove with analizer connected, and said did not advance under load, did not know if this engine had a ping eliminator.
