On my 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan when it gets hot out the Tach, Speedometer and odometer shut down. When it gets cool enough via A/C it comes back on. Any idea what might be causing it and what might a solution be?

This is a common problem, this is what i do and it may work for you,two possible causes, the connector could be loose lets deal with that first.Remove the instrument panel cluster and pull it out. There will be a wiring connector attached to it, this is where the problem is. The connector gets loose(it was a poor design to begin with)take 2 tooth picks ( i know its backyard mechanic stuff)and stick it into the connector between the connector and the cluster.Make sure it snug in there. The second cause is to replace the instrument cluster, this is only available at your dodge dealer,The will take your cluster and replace it with another one but they have to have your cluster so they can program the mileage on the new one.this is very expensive and time consuming, try the tooth pick trick first,if that does,nt work then replace the cluster.I hope this helps you, please click accept. Thanks
