Jeep Cherokee Laredo 1997 Light Problem

I have a jeep grand Cherokee 1997 4 door. One day the lights on my control panel stopped working and along with that I have no turn signal (on the panel or on the actual lights) no hazzard lights, and apparently no regular lights in the back but I have regular lights in the front (only regular lights, no signals).

Any idea what this might be or what type of mechanic I should take it to. I checked the fuses but they seem to be ok. I need to figure this out since I now can't take the car out at night and feel very unsafe and uncomfortable taking the car out.
