right front brake caliper locks up. replaced it. still locks up. bled all brakes. no bubbles. still locks up. replaced the brake line. still locks up. Any suggestions?

Just a few questions here. First of all, what exactly do you mean by locks up? Do you mean going down the road and you press the brakes the right side locks up and the left doesn't? Or do you mean that the right side doesn't release once the brake pedal is released? Please explain in more detail. We will get it figured out for you.
