If I wait until September, when the 2007 Honda Civics hit the lots, will I be able to buy a 2006 a little cheaper?

Most likely, a lot of dealers will give reduced pries on whats left on the lot. They might not have the sale in Sept, but most they usually will have an "inventory" or some kind of sale. Many times they are lower priced and more willing to haggle on price for whats sitting on the lot.
