hey,I have a 1992 ford tauras 3.8 motor started to tick,top end.oil level was fine,out for a ride and felt something give power wise then motor overheated and quit(the gauge didn't read hot) but big puff of steam came out of rear and motor stopped.I beleive it was a lifter tapping to start with? any suggestions what to look for?
